These results marked a huge improvement from our earlier tournament and reflected just how much the players have developed their tactical understanding, batting, and fielding skills over the term.

The team's fielding was outstanding throughout the afternoon. One of the biggest highlights came when they dismissed an entire batting team within a single 20-ball innings! Brilliant catches, intelligent bowling from Abi and Jack, and Zach's quick thinking to stump the final batter combined to produce an exceptional team performance.

The final match was a thrilling contest that went right down to the wire. Reggie was deservedly named Player of the Match after making several superb reaction catches and working brilliantly with Zach at backstop to keep the pressure on the opposition.

With just five balls remaining, the scores were level and the batting side needed only one more rounder to win. Joe produced some excellent work in the deep field with accurate, powerful throws, while Maisie, on second base, stayed calm to stump a runner out. The whole team then worked together brilliantly to prevent the opposition from scoring again, securing a well-earned draw.

A huge well done to everyone who attended Rounders Club regularly and represented the school this term. Watching your confidence, teamwork, and skills develop over the weeks has been incredibly rewarding. The progress you've made from the first session to the final tournament has been outstanding, and it has been a real pleasure to coach such an enthusiastic and committed group.
